Dom Potier Brut is an extremely versatile Cava that can be used for much more than toasting; it is excellent for many variations of light food or seafood.
Common to the grapes is the fresh, crisp signature, which is essential for a successful sparkling wine.
After finishing the second fermentation in the bottle, the wines are stored approx. 12 months before release. This storage time is necessary for aromatic development and complexity.
The scent has elements of citrus with floral undertones and slightly fermented aromas. The taste is dry and fresh with fine and not too overpowering bubbles with a light toast finish with a fresh and clean aftertaste.
